Replacing the remote battery of the Toyota Highlander is very simple. For this operation, you need a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement CR2032 battery.

First, extract the emergency metal key, then use the screwdriver to pry open the indicated slot. Once the rear cover is unlocked, open it completely and remove the old battery with the help of the screwdriver.

Finally, insert the replacement battery, ensuring the positive terminal is facing upwards.
