How to Remove the Ignition Cylinder in a Toyota Corolla?

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the ignition cylinder in a Toyota Corolla, a very simple and quick operation. First, go inside the cabin, then remove the panel located beneath the steering wheel, followed by the cover of the steering column. Next, remove the immobiliser ring, turn the key to the first position, and insert a thin screwdriver or an equivalent tool into the hole at the back of the cylinder. At this point, press the retaining clip, pull the key outwards, and extract the cylinder from its housing.
