Resetting the Service light on the Toyota Avensis

Model: Toyota Avensis T270, MK 3 - Years 2009-2018

Once you have changed the oil in the Toyota Avensis, you need to reset the system that alerts you with a reminder on the dashboard about the need for service. To do this, sit in the driver's seat, press and hold the "trip" button on the right side of the steering wheel, turn on the ignition, and in the central display, you will see four bars light up and flash, which will extinguish progressively until the updated maintenance interval appears. Switch off the ignition and upon the next restart, check that the reset has been successful.
