The procedure for replacing the cabin air filter is straightforward; just follow the steps outlined in this guide. This maintenance can be done independently without needing a mechanic's assistance. The first step is to remove the dashboard trim; be careful as, in addition to the screws to unscrew, the trim is also secured by clips along its entire length. Carefully remove the trim while paying attention to the connection of the cigarette lighter. The cigarette lighter has a visible cable that must be disconnected. There is no need to remove anything else; you will see the hazard light switch, but do not touch it; leave it connected to the dashboard unless you want to replace it while changing the air filter. If not, leave everything as it is. Now, locate the filter, pull it towards you in the same direction. The rest is straightforward; position the new air filter and follow the procedure in reverse order.
