How to Replace the Engine Cooling Fan

In this video tutorial, we can see how to replace the engine cooling fan. The first thing to do is to get in the vehicle and turn off the engine; pull the handbrake and pull the bonnet release lever, lift it, and secure it with the appropriate prop rod. Check that the cooling fan fuse is functioning correctly (check its location in the user manual), lift the cover of the fuse box, extract the fuse with pliers, and check its operation using a multimeter (a tool that measures resistance or as an ammeter that measures current flow). Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery; remove all elements that prevent access to the fan; unscrew and remove the fan mounting elements, and take out the faulty part. Clean the radiator to allow it to cool more effectively. Position the new fan and secure it.
