Any fuse on a Volkswagen Jetta is located inside one of the dedicated fuse boxes present on the vehicle: in this type of car, you can find two fuse boxes. The first is located at the bottom left of the dashboard, where you can find the fuses for the windscreen wipers, horn, courtesy lights, etc. The second box is located on the right side of the engine compartment: this contains the fuses for the rear lights, alternator, etc.
