How to disassemble the EGR valve in the Volkswagen Golf?

In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the EGR valve in the Volkswagen Golf, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be sufficiently cold, in order to operate safely, then we open the hood, locate the valve in question and disconnect the large tube connected to it. We then unscrew the fixing bolts using both a 5mm hex key and a 6mm hex key, disconnect the additional tubes and separate the valve from the support. At this point we can position the replacement and assemble it following the reverse procedure.
