Reasons why the glow plug light comes on in a Volkswagen engine

In this video we can see what to do when the glow plug light comes on in a Volkswagen engine; usually the vehicle becomes very weak at this point. Naturally, as it is a workshop, the diagnosis is done with professional equipment and the error can lead to three different interpretations: problems with the variable geometry; a broken sleeve or a blocked turbine. We clear the error and set values to check during the road test, which excludes problems with the variable geometry. The evidence is a leak, which can only be verified with a specific tool that shows two leaks and we see a sleeve with a large vertical cut. Unfortunately, even though it is a minor replacement, to get there you have to dismantle quite a few pieces, but we have found the fault.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Light on the Opel Grandland X

While driving, if you notice the tyre pressure warning light coming on, first check the actual inflation pressure of the tyres and, if necessary, restore the pressures recommended by the manufacturer. After restoring the correct pressures, you need to reset the warning light that has illuminated on the instrument cluster. To do this, locate the reset button on the lower central console. Press this button and hold it down for at least 3 seconds, after which the low pressure indication will turn off.
