Detailed instructions - In the following article, we will see how to reset the service light, which also acts as an oil change indicator, on the Volkswagen Tiguan. It is recommended to perform this procedure only after having the car serviced. To reset the light, insert the key into the ignition and turn it on without starting the engine. Then, using the specific button on the steering wheel, navigate to the menu settings. Once you have found the settings, navigate to the service option, select it by pressing the OK button, then select the reset option and confirm. If this option is not available to reset the light, insert the key, then press and hold the 0.0/SET button on the right side of the dashboard. While holding it down, start the instrument panel, the reset light will appear, release the button and confirm using the appropriate buttons on the steering wheel.
