Replacement of the rear headlight bulbs of the Volkswagen Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat 3BG, B5 - Years 1996-2005

In this short and simple guide, we will see the instructions on how to disassemble and replace the bulbs of the rear headlight of the Volkswagen Passat. First, open the rear hatch of the car and start by removing the side plastic cover to access the inside of the taillight; then remove the bulb holder, disconnecting the electrical connector of the bulbs, as shown in the video. At this point, replace any faulty bulbs with new ones, of the correct type and with the same fitting; check the operation of the brake lights before reassembling everything!
