How do you reset the Climatronic of the Volkswagen Passat?

The Climatronic of the Volkswagen Passat can be reset by first turning on the instrument panel, so that the controls on the central panel of the dashboard can be used. Once the instrument panel has been turned on, you will need to simultaneously press and hold the ECON button and the one with the icon of the arrow pointing towards the passenger's face. In this way, you will notice that the dual-zone climate temperature indicators will become dark; after waiting a few seconds, the indicators will return to the previously set temperature and the air conditioner will return to its initial settings.
