Today we will explain how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Volkswagen Polo 4. To perform the oil replacement, it is necessary to open the front hood and unscrew the oil tank cap and then lift the front part of the vehicle to facilitate the draining of the used oil. Using a 20 mm wrench, we unscrew the oil pan bolt, having first placed a container underneath to collect the oil as it drains out. Once the draining is complete, we lower the vehicle to the ground and remove the engine cover. Using a 32 mm ratchet wrench, we unscrew the bolt on the oil filter and replace it. Once the filter replacement is complete, we pour the new engine oil into the oil tank.
