Remove the rear arm on Volkswagen Passat? Let's see carefully how to do it: we loosen the pins of the rim with a special tool (telescopic wrench or compressed air drill), lift the car onto a column bridge and slide the rim out. With a socket wrench we unscrew the locking pin of the arm and the pin mounted under the wheel hub, we unscrew the pins of the upper part of the arm (as in the video) and the plate tightened on the sheet of the car. Remove the arm from the pin seat with the help of a crowbar, unscrew the last bolt and hit the arm with a hammer to pull it away. Now that the arm is disassembled, let's get a new one, compare it with the old one and if, okay, let's start the assembly. We slip the arm under the car and begin to tighten all the bolts on the threads. We hook the arm to the wheel hub and to the other end of the frame. We assemble all the attached pieces.
