In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the tail light bulbs in the Volkswagen Jetta, a very simple and quick operation. First, let's make sure that the instrument panel is off, so we can work safely. Then, we open the trunk lid and move the carpet located at the back of the light in question. Next, we disconnect the power connector, unscrew the fastening nuts with a 10mm socket wrench, and separate the light from the body. At this point, all that’s left is to open the inner base, replace the faulty bulb, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
