How to change the engine oil and filter of the Volkswagen Polo

On the Volkswagen Polo, the engine oil change and filter replacement takes place between the engine compartment and the underside of the car. The video begins by preparing the car and the work area, then moves on to draining the oil: from underneath, the drain point is accessed, and the used oil is allowed to flow into a container, waiting for it to finish draining before closing it up. Still on the Volkswagen Polo, after draining, the oil filter is addressed. The filter is unscrewed and carefully removed because it is normal for some residual oil to still drip. Before installing the new filter, the seating is cleaned, then the replacement is screwed into position until it is properly seated, without forcing it. After finishing the underside, the video returns to the engine compartment for topping up the new oil. In the video, the filling is shown from the filler cap, and at the end of the operation, the oil level is checked to ensure it is correct.
