How to Remove the Air Filter on a Volkswagen Tiguan

Let’s see how to remove and replace the engine air filter on a Volkswagen Tiguan. Open the car door, pull up the lever to open the engine bay located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the bonnet, securing it with the prop rod. Remove the air box cover (unscrew the securing screws), uncover the filter box cap and extract the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly around the edges). Finally, reassemble the air box cap and tighten the screws. Close the bonnet after maintenance.
