Resetting the Inspection Light on a Volkswagen Up

Model: Volkswagen Up MK 1 - Years 2011-2024

Below are the steps to reset the inspection (service) light on the display of the Volkswagen Up dashboard. First, get in the vehicle and press and hold the right button on the instrument cluster; then turn the key to position one, waiting for the service light reset prompt as shown in the video. At this point, select and confirm with "ok" using the side button on the right lever, permanently resetting the service kilometre counter!
