How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Up?

Model: Volkswagen Up MK 1 - Years 2011-2024

You can clear the Service light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Up by moving inside the cabin, so that you can press and hold the button on the right side of the instrument cluster, labelled "0.0/SET". While holding this button, turn the key and switch on the instrument cluster, checking that the display shows "INSP" and the maintenance interval starts to flash. When the light becomes solid, you can release the button, noting that the Service light has been successfully reset. To finish, you should switch off the ignition.
