Note that the work described here is identical between the Volkswagen Polo 6 and the Volkswagen Polo 5, which is why the proposed video shows a Volkswagen Polo 6. To replace the fog light on the vehicle in question, pull off the grille surrounding the fog light using a metal hook if possible, then unscrew the retaining screws of the fog light and carefully extract it from its housing, remembering to disconnect the rear connector of the electrical wires that power it. Now, simply follow the reverse procedure to install the new one.
