Replacing Stereo in VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

Replace the non-functioning stereo in your Volkswagen Passat as follows. Remove the stereo trim using a plastic lever (the stereo is inside the trim), detaching it from the centre console. Once the stereo is free from the trim, unscrew the securing screws located on either side using a screwdriver. Pull out the stereo by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). For installation, take the new stereo, connect the power terminals, and insert the radio back into the dashboard. Screw in the screws and refit the trim.
