How to Change the Key Battery of a VW Touareg

Model: Volkswagen Touareg MK 2, 7P - Years 2010-2018

Replace the flat battery inside the remote control of a Volkswagen Touareg. Take the car remote, press the button on the back; lever out the side battery holder as shown in the video. Remove the battery holder from inside the remote, then take out the battery. Fit the new battery into the battery holder (same battery and voltage). Use batteries that are compatible with the remote. Test the operation of the key remote with the appropriate buttons. If the remote does not work, disassemble it again.
