Let's replace the low battery inside the remote control of a Volkswagen Touareg, let's see how. We take the car remote control, press the button on the back; we lever in the side battery door as in the video. We take out the battery holder from inside the remote control, take out the battery. We mount the new battery in the plastic of the battery holder (same battery and voltage). We use remote control compliant batteries. We test the operation of the key remote control with the appropriate buttons. If the remote control does not work, we disassemble it again.
