Replacing Spark Plugs on a VW Polo

Replace the ignition spark plugs on the VW Polo if they are damaged. Here’s how to change them. Pull the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the bonnet, securing it in place. Remove the engine soundproofing panel, grasp the coil with your hands, and twist it to remove it from the cylinder head. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the damaged spark plugs (remove them from the cylinder head) and take the new spark plug, inserting it into the cylinder head with the socket wrench. Refit the coil over the spark plug and cover with the panel.
