Removing the Airbag from a Volkswagen Polo 6R

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the steering wheel airbag from a Volkswagen Polo 6R. First, get inside the car and pull the steering wheel as close to you as possible from the adjustment lever. Next, manually remove the upper plastic cover beneath the dashboard by unclipping it: then turn the steering wheel a quarter turn and unscrew the screw while releasing the lever; at this point, the airbag will automatically come out from the front. Don’t forget to disconnect the connector; then proceed with refitting by reversing the procedure!
