Before starting, sit in the front passenger seat of your Volkswagen Polo. Begin by opening the glove compartment door to reveal the screws that secure it to the dashboard. Next, unscrew and remove all these fastening screws.

Then, unclip and remove the side cover. Once this step is complete, you will have freed the glove compartment.

At this point, pull the glove compartment out enough to disconnect the rear connectors, and the removal will be complete.
