Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf IV, MK 4, Golf 4 - Years 1997-2003

Below are the instructions for removing the windscreen washer reservoir on a fourth generation Volkswagen Golf, in simple steps. First, open the bonnet of your car and disconnect the electrical connector found at the bottom of the reservoir; then, using a socket wrench, unscrew the fixing screws of the bracket to lift and remove it, as illustrated in the video. Finally, disconnect the pump from the washer reservoir to replace it with the new one; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
