How to Replace the Fuel Pump on a VW Polo

Model: Volkswagen Polo MK IV, Polo IV, Polo 4, MK 4, 9N - Years 2001-2009

Learn how to replace the damaged fuel pump on a Polo. First, remove the rear seat cushions, then take off the cover cap of the fuel pump. Once the cap is completely removed, unscrew the securing screws of the fuel pump (plastic nut or screws). Extract the fuel pump after disassembly (disconnect the electrical connectors from the pump). Install a new fuel pump if the old one is not repairable. After installation, reassemble all the previously removed parts. Test the car after reassembly.
