Before starting, sit in the driver’s seat of your Volkswagen Up. Begin by prying and removing the radio frame using a thin but sturdy tool. Then, unscrew the fixing screws of the radio, and insert the appropriate extraction keys into the holes on the front of the radio.

This will release the internal clips that secure the radio to the dashboard. At this point, pull it out of its housing, then disconnect the electrical connectors attached to it, and you will have completed the removal.
