Installing an Aftermarket Car Radio

Release the aluminium frame around the centre console along with the dashboard trim (use plastic levers to avoid damage) and disconnect the connector behind the climate control; then unscrew the mounting screws of the car radio and pull it forward to extract it from its location, just enough to disconnect the connected plugs.

At this point, install the adaptor frame by securing it with the screws that held the original car radio; then insert the support frame, folding some tabs to secure it to the frame.

Connect the adaptor wiring to the original plugs, connect them to the new car radio, and insert it until it clicks into place on the support frame. Finally, reattach the aluminium frame.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
