Today we will see, in this video tutorial, the instructions necessary to remove the steering wheel and the ignition lock on the Volkswagen Golf fifth series. First, let's first disconnect the battery; after which we rotate the steering wheel first on one side and then on the other to release the airbag from the steering wheel by pressing with a flat screwdriver on the slots, as shown in the video. Now disconnect the airbag electrical connector and use a torx wrench with extension to unscrew the central screw of the steering wheel; we can finally remove it, following the video to the end for the disassembly of the ignition cylinder!

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
