In this video tutorial we can see how to replace the Volkswagen Polo remote control battery, valid for many Volkswagen vehicles of the same generation since they share the same remote control. To proceed with the replacement, we need a small flat-tip screwdriver and obviously the spare battery, model CR2032. We begin by extending the emergency key, then locate the transverse slot located in the middle of the newly released slot. We insert the tip of the screwdriver into this slot and divide the remote control in half. In turn, we divide the lower part in half and we will have access to the battery. Obviously, let's remember to respect the right polarity.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
