To replace the cabin heating radiator on a Volkswagen Passat, you need to dismantle the entire dashboard, removing the plastic panels that comprise it. Once all dashboard panels are removed, you can access the heating radiator located in the central area: it must be removed by loosening the retaining screws and disconnecting the pipes attached to it. Once the part is freed, insert a new one by connecting and securing it, then remount all the removed dashboard parts.
