This video tutorial demonstrates how to remove the front bumper from a Volkswagen Golf mk7. Start by removing the four screws under the wheel arch on both sides. Next, remove the radiator grille by unscrewing the two screws holding it in place and gently pulling it towards you. At this point, move under the bumper where you need to remove about eight screws securing it. Once these screws are removed, the rest is clipped in, so carefully detach the bumper manually, starting from one side and then the other, taking care with the various pipes and wiring.
