Instructions for Replacing the Alternator

The easiest condition for replacing the alternator is to lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift, remove the protective covers at the wheel arch, detach the auxiliary belt, remove the section of the intake duct of the intercooler, disassemble the auxiliary belt tensioner, the air conditioning compressor (without disconnecting the pipes), and then the alternator by disconnecting the cables connected to it (it is necessary to remove the fan to extract the alternator). Then install the new alternator (you can also opt for a refurbished one) by proceeding in reverse.
