Replacing Wheel Bearings

Wheel bearings are part of the car's suspension. They are located in the wheel hub and/or on the brake disc drum. You can save time and money by carefully replacing them yourself. Before starting, park the car on a flat surface. Remove the brake caliper and the serrated nut to detach the brake disc. To access the bearings that need replacing, you must disassemble the hub. To detach the bearing race block, you need to break it with a grinder or hammer and chisel. For this reason, it is advisable to have new races ready. Once detached, clean the inner part surrounding the joint.
