Cooling System Bleeding

Model: Volkswagen Bora MK 7 - Years 2005-2010
Part: Antifreeze coolant

It is advisable to perform this maintenance with the engine cold as you will be handling coolant. To bleed the system, there is a specific valve located under the radiator on the driver's side, through which you can drain the coolant. For easier access to the bleed valve, remove the left front wheel and the splash guard located just under the engine. Place a container under the valve outlet and open the tap to let the coolant drain out.
