To facilitate the radiator dismantling operations, it is recommended to lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift as it will be necessary to remove the entire front of the bodywork. Once the vehicle is lifted, remove the front wheels and the plastic wheel arch liners. Proceed to dismantle the front bumper by first releasing the lower grilles (under which there are fastening pins) and then the clips along the grille to remove the trim; also detach the bonnet release tab. After unscrewing the bumper fastening screws, detach it from the sides and remove it. Continue with the dismantling of the grille and the front crossmember (apply two longer pins in place of the short fastening ones to allow the crossmember to shift before removing it) and disconnect the hoses and connections attached to the radiator, also removing the fan assembly. Finally, unscrew the fastening screws of the air conditioning condenser and the headlights to complete the radiator dismantling. Before reassembling, test the operation of the water pump, fans, and thermostat.
