How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Tiguan

Model: Volkswagen Tiguan 5N, MK 1 - Years 2007-2016

To reset the service light on a Volkswagen Tiguan, turn the ignition key in the appropriate lock to switch on the instrument cluster. Next, navigate the menu on the display using the directional arrows on the right side of the steering wheel: select the maintenance option and the setting to perform the reset. When the confirmation message appears asking if you really want to reset, select "Yes" to make the service light disappear from the instrument cluster.
