Instructions for Replacing Window Switch Buttons

Model: Volkswagen Bora MK 6 - Years 1998-2005

The window switch panel is integrated into the handle of the internal door handle: to remove it, you need to take off the handle itself; then unclip the internal covering of the handle and remove the handle complete with the switch panel by prying along the edges (it is simply clipped in with plastic tabs); then disconnect the connector attached to the switch panel and unscrew the fixing screws of the switch panel itself to remove it from the handle support; position the new switch panel by seating the buttons in their respective slots, secure it with screws, and reverse the process for installation by reconnecting the plug, securing the frame to the door panel, and finally applying the handle covering.
