Volkswagen Passat - Video tutorial

Model: Volkswagen Passat B5, 3BG - Years 1996-2005
Part: Drive shaft boot
Operation: Volkswagen Passat front drive shaft boot replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the front axle shaft boot of the Volkswagen Passat. First we lift the car and start by removing the front wheel; then we go to unscrew the nut of the arm pin, thus disconnecting the braking system from the front axle shaft, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the drive shaft boot and replace it with the new one, of the right type; insert it in the correct direction on the drive shaft and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of the disassembly!

How to reset the tire pressure warning light on Dacia Sandero?

Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display. At that point, press the "Ok" control on the steering wheel and keep it pressed to reset the signal.
