The Start & Stop system aims to reduce fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions. This system activates during prolonged stops by shutting off the engine and automatically reactivates when the driver presses the clutch pedal or lifts their foot off the brake in the case of an automatic transmission. Most cars equipped with this system have a button that allows you to deactivate the Start & Stop system if you prefer not to use it (as it may drain the battery), as it is considered annoying.
