Volkswagen Tiguan - Video tutorial
Model: Volkswagen Tiguan
MK 2, BW, AD
- Years 2016-2024 In this video tutorial we can see when it is recommended to use or deactivate the start and stop on Volkswagen Golf, the same also applies to other models such as VW Tiguan, T-Roc, Passat, Polo, T-Cross. The Start & Stop system aims to make your vehicle consume less fuel and reduce CO2 emissions. This system is activated during prolonged stops by stopping the engine and is automatically reactivated as soon as the driver depresses the clutch pedal, or takes his foot off the brake in the case of automatic transmission. In most cars fitted with this system there is a button which allows you to deactivate the start & stop system, if you prefer not to use it (the battery could run out sooner), because it is considered annoying.
