The first fuse panel of a Volkswagen ID 3 car is located inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle, exactly behind the dashboard located at the bottom left of the steering wheel, therefore on the driver's side. This first panel has fuses assigned to: airbag control unit, front camera assist driving system, interior lights, heater and air conditioning, heated seats, panoramic roof, door lock, park assist, electric steering lock, starting system, USB connector, horn, alarm, rain sensor, light sensor, 12V accessory socket etc. The next fuse panel is located inside the engine compartment and contains fuses assigned to: ABS, high beam, low beam, horn, radiator, fuel pump, etc.
