In case of malfunction of the radio in your Volkswagen Caddy, the first thing to do is check the status of the corresponding fuse. As shown in this video, the fuse in question is located in the main fuse box inside the engine compartment, on the left side, right next to the battery.

It is a 15A fuse, labelled F8, and protects all elements related to the radio and navigation system. If the fuse is faulty, ensure you use a replacement of the same amperage; otherwise, you could damage the various devices.
