Number Plate Light Replacement Instructions

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 6, A6 - Years 2010-2018
Part: License plate light

To replace the number plate lights, unclip the lamp holders located at the side of the rear hatch handle; once the hatch is open, locate the side tab securing the lamp holder and press it with a flat screwdriver to release it; at this point, disconnect the power connector and remove the old bulb (T10 fitting) and replace it with a new one; reconnect the power connector and reposition the lamp holder in its place; repeat the same steps for the other bulb.
