Replacing Rear Shock Absorbers

To replace the rear shock absorbers, lift the vehicle, remove the rear wheel, apply a support jack under the suspension, and proceed to remove the upper mount of the damper and then the lower fixing bolts to complete the disassembly; if the spring also needs to be replaced, instead of using clamps to compress it, lower the jack to let the suspension drop and free the spring; then fit the support rubbers to the new spring and insert it into its seat; move the mount and gaiter onto the new damper and install it back on the vehicle.
