Resetting the Service Light on the Volkswagen Up

When it is time to change the engine oil of the Volkswagen Up, the control system alerts us with a message on the dashboard display. After replacing the oil, you must reset the system.

While seated in the driver's seat, press and hold the button located below the speedometer, marked with "0.0/set", turn on the ignition, and wait for five seconds. Release the button and press it briefly once more.

Turn off the ignition, and upon the next restart, you will see that the warning has disappeared.
