How to Change the DSG Oil in a Volkswagen Golf

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

To change the DSG oil in a Volkswagen Golf, lift the car with a jack or ramp to access the components located at the bottom of the engine bay: here you will find, near the left front wheel, the drain plug for the oil reservoir. This can be collected in a suitably positioned container; on the opposite side of the drain plug, you will find the oil filter, which can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one. Finally, top up with new oil using a pump and inserting it through the drain vent.
