How to reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Passat B7?

To reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Passat B7, press and hold the 0.0/SET button located on the right side of the instrument cluster. While holding the button, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch to turn on the instrument panel. Once it is on, you will notice a confirmation message on the display. Confirm this by pressing the OK button on the right side of the steering wheel, and the car's Service light will be reset.
