In this video, see how to change the engine air filter on a Polo 6N: first, remove the cover of the air filter housing in the engine bay, disconnect the air intake hose, and finally take out the element containing the filter. Remove the dirty filter and clean the container thoroughly from dust and debris, then position the new, clean filter and proceed to refit the container by reconnecting the air hose and tightening all the screws that hold the element in place. Then, reattach the cover. Operation complete.
