Open the passenger door and the glove compartment door. Rotate the airbag lock to OFF to avoid any unpleasant incidents.

Now remove the side panel between the door and the glove compartment, and also remove the panel located under the climate controls. Next, remove the three screws located at the top of the glove compartment.

Once done, you can easily pull the glove compartment towards you and disconnect the connectors at the back.
