How do you reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Polo?

In order to reset the service light on the Volkswagen Polo, you need to press and hold the button located on the right side of the dashboard while the ignition is off. While continuing to hold this button, you can insert the ignition key and turn it to start the dashboard. Once the dashboard is on, you can continue to hold the button for a few more seconds until the service light disappears completely from the instrument panel, and then turn it off.
